Highveld Lions won the toss and elected to field first. Mumbai Indians Scored 157 for 6 in 20 overs. Mitchell Johnson top scorer for Mumbai Indians with 30 runs. Rohit Sharma made 27 runs and Opener Dwayne Smith got 26 off 19 balls. Shohail Tanvir take 2 for 31 runs.
In the chasing the target off 158,Highveld Lions loss openers early. but Quinton de Kock and Neil McKenzie take game away from Mumbai Indians.Neil McKenzie smashed 68 off just 41 balls and consists of 12 fours and on the other end Quinton de Kock scored 51 off 33 balls with 5 fours and 2 sixes. Lions chased down the Target 158/2 in 18.5 overs. Neil McKenzie got the Man of the Match for his brilliant knock.
